Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and compelling descriptions.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and short videos, to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and foster community interaction.
• Support the coordination of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insights to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram , Facebook , Pinterest ) and their advertising capabilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software is advantageous.
