E-commerce Marketing Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts in London . You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer engagement across all digital channels. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. You will work closely with the sales, product, and web development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence, contributing directly to the company's growth and market position in the competitive e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence , content strategy, and community engagement.
• Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling marketing collateral and email campaigns.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing , with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
