About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive online sales and brand presence for their innovative product lines. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all online channels. This role is pivotal in shaping our client's digital footprint and requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and maximum impact in the competitive London e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community management, and engagement initiatives to build brand loyalty.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing , with at least 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
