Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Manage inventory levels for the e-commerce platform, coordinating with stock management systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns via email and chat.
• Assist with product listing updates, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Support the e-commerce team in daily operational tasks and project work.

Requirements
