Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders, shipping, and returns via email and chat.
• Monitor website performance and identify areas for operational improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and inventory management systems.
