About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Lead to manage and optimize their online sales operations based in Manchester . You will oversee the entire e-commerce workflow, from order processing and inventory management to fulfillment and customer service, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.
• Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
