Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.

• Oversee inventory management, collaborating with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with customer service teams to resolve any operational issues affecting customers.
• Source and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory systems.

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems (OMS).
