E-commerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of e-commerce operations , including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other operational partners.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations management or a similar logistics/supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Experience with managing shipping carriers and optimizing logistics costs.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and implement effective solutions.
