About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize their online sales operations in Leeds . This critical role involves managing the entire e-commerce lifecycle, from website performance and inventory management to order fulfillment and customer service, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a key part in driving efficiency and scalability within the online business, working closely with IT, logistics, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring website stability, performance, and uptime.
- Manage inventory levels, order processing, and fulfillment logistics to meet customer demand and minimize shipping times.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
- Monitor key operational metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, return rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and technology partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to drive operational decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and supply chain management.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, adaptable to a hybrid work environment in Leeds .
