About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient E-commerce Operations Specialist to join their team in Bradford . This role is critical for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their online store, managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating with fulfillment partners. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels, proactively identifying stock needs and coordinating with suppliers.
• Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize delivery times and costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to orders, shipping, or inventory management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce operational processes and systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and order fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and order management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
