Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, coordinating with warehousing and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor website performance and functionality, identifying and reporting any technical issues or bugs.
• Assist in the implementation of new e-commerce features and promotions.

Requirements
