About the Role

Our client is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth running of our online store's day-to-day operations. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal website performance, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery. Working within our Manchester -based operations team, you will play a key part in the efficiency and success of our digital retail platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring site stability, performance, and uptime.
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize e-commerce operations and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and order management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory management principles and practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration in Manchester .
