You will be responsible for managing inventory levels for online sales, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving any order-related issues. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
• Manage online inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with stock management systems.
• Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and efficient shipping.
• Monitor the e-commerce platform for any technical issues or errors and escalate as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, shipping, and returns via email and chat.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations , online order fulfillment, or a related role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
