About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shipping carriers and logistics partners, optimizing routes and costs where possible.
• Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer experience or business performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and associated operational software.
