About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated E-commerce Performance Marketing Executive to drive online sales and customer acquisition from their base in Plymouth . This role is focused on managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. You will be responsible for everything from campaign planning and execution to performance analysis and reporting, working closely with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Optimize campaign performance by monitoring key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implementing data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid digital advertising and e-commerce marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing , specifically managing paid digital advertising campaigns for e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their relationship to paid search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft effective ad copy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
