About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid media efforts from a remote location. This role is crucial for driving measurable results through paid acquisition channels, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving aggressive growth targets. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive paid marketing strategies across search, social, and display advertising. The ideal candidate is a data-driven expert who excels at managing large budgets and translating complex data into actionable insights to propel the business forward in the competitive online marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize multi-million pound advertising budgets to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and CAC.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends, platforms, and technologies in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in performance marketing , specifically within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large paid media budgets and delivering significant ROI.
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and bid management platforms.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing funnel and customer acquisition strategies.
