About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid media efforts. This is a remote-first position, offering you the opportunity to shape and scale our customer acquisition strategies from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, with a relentless focus on ROI. You'll work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure seamless integration of performance marketing initiatives with overall brand objectives, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of performance targets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.
