About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth through data-driven advertising strategies. This senior, fully remote role requires an expert in performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, and paid social, to optimize customer acquisition costs and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will be responsible for developing sophisticated campaign strategies, managing significant budgets, and continuously analyzing performance to uncover opportunities for scaling. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a passion for optimization, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous, results-focused remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and other direct response channels.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar advertising budgets to achieve aggressive customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and forecast future results.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
- Oversee and manage relationships with affiliate partners and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall e-commerce strategy and brand goals.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets and achieving high ROAS.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, affiliate marketing platforms, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience with attribution modeling and understanding customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, ideally with experience managing remote teams or working in a remote-first capacity.
