About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid acquisition efforts in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for driving scalable revenue growth through the strategic management of paid advertising channels, including SEM, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns, optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI, and exploring new performance marketing opportunities. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced performance marketer to make a significant impact on a growing e-commerce business, working independently and collaboratively with a distributed team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising, and affiliate networks.
- Manage and optimize significant advertising budgets to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition cost.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Oversee the creation and testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall e-commerce and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and paid media.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing paid search (SEM), paid social, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
