Key Responsibilities
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns across all platforms using analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to inform future social media strategies and tactics.
- Conduct A/B testing on content, creatives, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations to the social media team and broader marketing department based on data analysis.
- Monitor competitor social media activity and benchmark performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar data analysis role, preferably within e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating clear, concise reports.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and the e-commerce landscape.
