Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Social Media & Content Specialist to elevate their online presence and engagement. This role is crucial for creating compelling content that captures attention and drives traffic to their e-commerce platform. Working from our Brighton office, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, collaborating closely with colleagues to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), including graphics, short videos, and compelling copy.
- Write persuasive product descriptions and marketing copy that aligns with brand voice and optimizes for conversions.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns that support product launches and promotional activities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track engagement rates, reach, and website traffic, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce work.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and basic video editing skills.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen understanding of brand storytelling.
- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Brighton .
