About the Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and creative E-commerce Social Media Campaign Manager to oversee their social media marketing efforts in Nottingham . This role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing impactful social media campaigns that directly drive e-commerce sales and brand engagement. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling social media initiatives, managing campaign budgets, and meticulously tracking performance to ensure optimal results. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with a deep understanding of social media advertising and its role in driving online retail success, working within a collaborative marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media campaigns that support e-commerce sales targets and brand objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Create and curate engaging campaign content across various social media platforms, tailored to specific audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, creative, and broader marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and cohesive messaging.
- Report on campaign results, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) in social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on managing e-commerce campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in social media advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and the customer journey.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, collaborating in the office and remotely in Nottingham .
