Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities, reporting key insights to the marketing team.
• Support the development of social media campaigns and promotions for e-commerce products.
• Help in tracking social media performance metrics and contributing to monthly reports.
• Source and curate relevant user-generated content for promotional use.

Requirements
