Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars across various platforms.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Support the creation of social media assets, including graphics and short videos, under guidance.
• Track social media performance metrics and assist in compiling regular reports.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or coordination, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools is a plus.
