About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and scheduling of daily social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
• Create engaging visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, and captions, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Track key social media metrics and contribute to monthly performance reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the e-commerce space.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within e-commerce.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices for business.
• Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and strong copywriting abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
