About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and creative E-commerce Social Media Executive to join their team in Leeds . This role is central to enhancing our online presence and driving sales through engaging social media content and campaigns. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social channels, developing creative assets, and interacting with our growing online community. Working from our Leeds office, you will collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution, contributing directly to our e-commerce growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Create high-quality, engaging content such as graphics, videos, and compelling copy tailored for each platform.
• Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community environment.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including content calendars and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the e-commerce industry.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong content creation skills, including graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and copywriting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with online audiences.
