Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive brand awareness and e-commerce sales.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored for each social media channel.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts with broader e-commerce campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital advertising.
- Demonstrable ability to create engaging and effective social media content (visual and written).
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Experience running paid social media campaigns and optimizing for conversion.
