E-commerce Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join their remote team, based out of Bradford . This role is critical for managing and optimizing the online store, ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to purchase. You will be responsible for product catalog management, website updates, order processing oversight, and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and drive online sales. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the e-commerce product catalog, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Ensure the website is functioning correctly, identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues that may impact user experience or sales.
• Process and monitor online orders, coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze website data and sales reports to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Implement basic SEO best practices for product listings and website content to improve search engine rankings.
• Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring accurate product information and availability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an e-commerce role, website management, or a similar online operations position.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management.
• Good understanding of online customer behavior and user experience principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
