About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and creative E-Learning Content Creator to develop engaging digital learning materials for their online courses. This fully remote role involves transforming existing content and new ideas into interactive, effective, and visually appealing e-learning modules. You will be responsible for scripting, storyboarding, graphic design, and multimedia integration, ensuring that the final products meet high standards of quality and instructional design principles. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and interactive e-learning content, including modules, videos, quizzes, and simulations, using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and translate complex topics into accessible learning materials.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual assets that align with learning objectives and brand guidelines.
• Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure all developed content is accessible, user-friendly, and compliant with relevant standards.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for assigned e-learning content creation tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer or Content Creator, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
