About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Content Creator to join their team in Glasgow . This role is responsible for producing engaging and effective digital learning materials across various formats. You will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to transform educational content into interactive online modules, videos, and assessments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Create and edit engaging video content, including explainer videos, tutorials, and demonstrations.
• Design and produce visually appealing graphics, animations, and infographics for online courses.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into compelling content.
• Ensure all created content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and pedagogical best practices.
• Manage multiple content creation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an e-learning developer or content creator, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
