About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and innovative E-Learning Developer to create engaging and effective digital learning content. This role is central to developing high-quality online courses and training modules that meet the needs of learners and stakeholders. You will work within a collaborative environment, utilizing your technical and creative skills to transform complex information into accessible and interactive learning experiences. This hybrid position in Stoke-on-Trent allows for both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and produce interactive e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning materials.
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software to build engaging content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into compelling digital formats.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learner engagement.
- Ensure all e-learning content is SCORM compliant and integrates seamlessly with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Test and revise e-learning modules based on feedback and quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an E-Learning Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
