About the Role

You will be responsible for liaising with players, teams, sponsors, and broadcast partners to ensure seamless and engaging experiences for all participants and viewers. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute all logistical aspects of e-sports events, from online qualifiers to grand finals.
• Coordinate with game developers, publishers, and platform providers for event rights and integration.
• Manage participant registration, communication, and support throughout event cycles.
• Liaise with sponsors to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and enhance brand visibility.
• Work with production teams to ensure high-quality streaming and broadcast experiences.
• Develop event schedules, rulesets, and tournament brackets, ensuring fair play and competitive integrity.
