Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Provide comprehensive business and personal support to a co-founder
- Complex calendar management, project coordination, expenses, correspondence and administrative support
- Arrange intricate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, commercial flights, accommodation, visas and logistics
- Plan and coordinate high-profile events including board meetings, private dinners, team events and stakeholder engagements
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support personal errands, gifting, shopping and household-related coordination
- Liaise with vendors, household managers and service providers to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct research, gather information and proactively solve problems on behalf of the executive
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Experience supporting a senior executive within a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Experience withint the Private Equity industry
- Exceptional travel management expertise, including complex international itineraries and last-minute changes
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A highly proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills combined with emotional intelligence
- Absolute discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to provide support outside traditional working hours when required
