Key Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based content, articles, guides, and activities related to early childhood development for online publication.
• Create engaging and practical resources for parents and caregivers to support their child's developmental milestones.
• Provide expert advice and respond to queries from families regarding child development and early learning.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure materials are accurate, engaging, and accessible.
• Stay current with research and best practices in early childhood education and developmental psychology.
• Assist in the design and evaluation of online workshops or webinars for parents.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with young children or in a related field (e.g., parenting education, early intervention).
• Strong understanding of child development theories and milestones from birth to five years.
• Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
• Ability to translate complex developmental concepts into clear, actionable advice for parents.
• Experience with online content creation or digital platforms is advantageous.
