Early Childhood Educator

About the Role

Our client seeks a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join their vibrant nursery in Wolverhampton . This role is central to delivering high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their holistic development in a nurturing and stimulating environment. You will play a key part in planning engaging activities, observing and supporting children's learning, and working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Develop and implement creative and stimulating learning activities tailored to children's individual needs and interests.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with parents and families, encouraging engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and staff to promote best practices.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working with children aged 0-5.
• In-depth knowledge of child development theories and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
