About the Role
Our client is seeking an inspiring Early Childhood Program Director to lead and develop innovative childcare programs in the Bristol area. This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site leadership and remote strategic planning, focusing on curriculum development, staff training, and ensuring exceptional care standards. You will be responsible for the overall vision and implementation of early childhood education programs, fostering a stimulating and inclusive environment for young children. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality early childhood education curricula and programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of early years educators, providing professional development and support.
- Oversee the operational aspects of childcare programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Engage with parents and the wider community to build strong partnerships and promote the centre's services.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure program sustainability and quality.
- Champion best practices in child development, inclusion, and pedagogical approaches.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in early childhood program management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of early learning frameworks, child development theories, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in both direct program delivery and remote strategic oversight is advantageous.
