About the Role

Our client is seeking an inspiring Early Childhood Program Director to lead and develop innovative childcare programs in the Bristol area. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality early childhood education curricula and programs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in early childhood program management and leadership.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in both direct program delivery and remote strategic oversight is advantageous.
