About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the early years curriculum and learning programs.
• Mentor, train, and support a team of early years educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with management to set strategic goals and enhance service delivery.
• Liaise with parents and guardians, fostering strong partnerships and communication channels.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant Level 6 qualification in Early Years Education.
• Significant experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
