Early Years Educator (Full-time)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a qualified and passionate Early Years Educator to join their dedicated team in Sheffield . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to young children, fostering their development and well-being through engaging activities and a nurturing approach. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a broad range of age-appropriate learning experiences based on the EYFS curriculum.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-resourced learning space.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education, such as CACHE Level 3 or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery or similar setting.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
