Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a creative and stimulating curriculum that meets the diverse needs of children aged 3-5 years.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and tailor learning experiences accordingly.
• Provide a safe, hygienic, and inclusive environment, adhering to all statutory regulations and safeguarding policies.
• Communicate effectively and positively with parents and carers, fostering strong partnerships to support children's learning journeys.
• Manage classroom resources and prepare materials for educational activities.
• Collaborate with the preschool team to continuously improve practice and enhance the quality of provision.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant qualification in Early Years Education or a related field (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare).
• Demonstrable experience working with preschool-aged children.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
• First Aid certification is desirable.
