Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a rich curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
• Organise and lead stimulating play activities, crafts, and educational games to promote holistic development.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the nursery rooms and learning spaces.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.

Requirements

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare (e.g.,CACHE Diploma, NVQ Level 3).
• Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
