About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Educator to join their reputable nursery in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5, supporting their development through play-based learning. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and engaging atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and grow. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development according to the EYFS framework.
• Observe children's progress and maintain accurate records, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the nursery.

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing high-quality care in Stoke-on-Trent .
