Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development, providing feedback to parents.
• Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, and intellectual care for children.
• Support and guide children through their daily routines, including meal times and nappy changes.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and well-maintained.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience working within an early years setting.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood development and a creative approach to learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
