About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and caring Early Years Educator to join their reputable childcare setting in Reading . This role is essential in providing a high-quality early learning experience for children aged from birth to five, supporting their holistic development. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children across all age groups within the nursery.
• Observe, document, and assess children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and happiness of all children in your care, adhering to strict safeguarding policies.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-organised learning environment, managing resources effectively.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families, communicating progress and supporting their involvement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a dedicated team.
• A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
