Early Years Educator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Educator to join their vibrant team in Wolverhampton . This role is central to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning, development, and well-being, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of child development, a passion for early education, and excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for children.
• Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and development.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children under your care.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
