Early Years Educator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Educator to join their dedicated team in Plymouth . This role is central to providing a stimulating, safe, and supportive environment for young children, fostering their holistic development through play-based learning. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure each child's individual needs are met, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's development across all learning areas.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and welfare of all children under your care.
• Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (e.g.,CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
