Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and experiences for young children online.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating virtual environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilise a range of digital tools and resources to enhance learning and engagement.
- Foster the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and nurturing demeanour.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and online tools for educational purposes.
