Early Years Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Manager to lead their outstanding nursery in Oxford . You will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, including staff leadership, curriculum development, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and policies.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of childcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of all children, aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Manage admissions, parent communications, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children is paramount, implementing robust policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for the Early Years Sector or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a senior management or deputy management role within an early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding legislation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A strategic approach to management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of financial management and business operations.
