Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Assist with children's personal care routines, including feeding and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and well-being.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
