Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children, adhering to strict safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to promote holistic child development.

Requirements

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (e.g.,CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
• Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
