About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team in Coventry . You will work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and creativity across all areas of development. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and play-based learning experiences for children.
• Observe and track children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional security of all children under your care.
• Collaborate with team members to create a stimulating and inspiring learning environment.
• Assist with personal care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child's development and daily activities.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and policies.
